Everything an agent needs, in the open. Net rates, quote requests, marketing assets and training — nothing on this site sits behind a login.

Rates & tariffs

2026-27 net rates, all four countries.

Net trade rates for every camp, lodge and package in this guide are published by season and property tier — low, shoulder and peak — across Botswana, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe. Rates are quoted in US Dollars for Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe, and in Rand (ZAR) for South Africa, per the currency convention explained on the client planning reference page.

All package pricing shown throughout this site is indicative only, built from typical market rates by property tier, and must be confirmed against current rates, availability and season before being quoted to a client. Accredited agents receive the full net rate sheet and property fact sheets through the Agent Portal & Product Guide — see Training below to request access.

Specials

Seasonal and last-minute availability.

Green Season rate reductions, last-minute fly-in camp availability and set-departure seat specials are released to trade partners as they come available — typically shoulder-season Botswana and Namibia camps, and Kruger private-reserve last-minute allocations. Ask your account manager to add you to the specials distribution list, or check back here for current releases.

We'll email you the moment a shoulder-season rate drop or last-minute allocation is released.

Booking

How a quote becomes a confirmed booking.

  1. Brief us via Request a Quote below, or direct with your account manager for complex multi-country itineraries.
  2. We return a costed, sellable itinerary — typically within 24 hours — with property options at the requested comfort tier.
  3. Once the client confirms, we hold provisional space and issue a formal booking confirmation and deposit invoice.
  4. Balance payment is due per the schedule on the confirmation — see Terms & Booking Conditions.
  5. Final documentation — vouchers, flight schedules and a day-by-day itinerary — is issued ahead of travel.

Training

We invest in the agents who sell our destinations.

A well-briefed agent sells a better trip and sets more accurate client expectations from the first conversation. Africa Compass Collection invests directly in the agents who sell our destinations through five ongoing programmes:

Familiarisation trips

Structured FAM trips run several times a year across our core destinations, giving agents first-hand time in the camps, reserves and cities they quote. Priority spaces are allocated to agents who have already booked and travelled clients with us, with a small number of places reserved for new partner agencies each cycle.

Destination webinars

Monthly online sessions covering one region or theme in depth — a Botswana camp-by-camp walkthrough, a Namibia self-drive planning session, a Kruger private-reserve comparison, seasonal briefings ahead of each region's peak booking window. Recordings are archived for agents who can't attend live.

Agent Portal & Product Guide

A single reference covering property profiles, indicative rates, seasonal calendars and ready-to-use itinerary templates for every package in this guide, kept current as our product and pricing evolve.

One-on-one product training

For agencies building a dedicated Southern Africa desk, we run tailored onboarding sessions with our destination specialists, covering practical selling points, client-fit guidance and logistics detail behind each region.

Accreditation

Agents completing our core training pathway are recognised as Africa Compass Collection Specialists, with a listing on our trade partner directory and priority access to FAM trips, allocations during peak season, and direct specialist support on complex multi-country quotes.

Contact your Africa Compass Collection account manager, or use the quote form above, to be added to the training calendar.
