Detailed itinerary.
Arrival — Okavango Delta
Fly into Maun, then a light-aircraft transfer to Wilderness Mombo on the north-eastern corner of Chief's Island — a private concession where the Delta's main channels split, concentrating game into a landscape of settled lion prides, habituated leopard and some of the region's largest elephant and buffalo herds.
Okavango Delta — full day
Twice-daily game drives, mokoro poling through papyrus channels, and walking safaris across mixed floodplain and island habitat. Time permitting, guests can also spend a session at an elevated wildlife hide overlooking the floodplain.
Transfer to Chobe/Linyanti
Light-aircraft transfer from the Delta to Wilderness Savuti, on the Savute Channel — a watercourse so unpredictable it has run dry and flowed again across decades, giving the area its Setswana name meaning roughly "mystery." Afternoon game drive on arrival.
Chobe/Linyanti corridor — full day
Boat-based and vehicle game viewing across a landscape known for dramatic elephant and predator activity, including large lion prides and a strong population of endangered African wild dog.
Transfer to Victoria Falls
Road or air transfer to Victoria Falls via Kasane, checking in to The Victoria Falls Hotel — an Edwardian-era grand hotel built in 1904, set directly above the Falls gorge with views over the bridge and spray of the Falls themselves.
Victoria Falls
Guided tour of the Falls on the Zimbabwean side, with the option to add the Zambian side. Optional white-water rafting on the Zambezi's grade 3–5 rapids for the more adventurous.
Victoria Falls — leisure
Sunset cruise on the Zambezi, with free time to explore Victoria Falls town or add further optional activities.
Departure
Transfer to Victoria Falls or Livingstone airport for onward or homeward flights.
