Waterfalls Lodge is Wild Horizons' newest and most accessible property — a boutique hotel in the heart of Victoria Falls town, within walking distance of the Falls themselves, positioned as the group's comfortable, non-safari-priced alternative to its three bush and river lodges. Despite being a recent opening, it has made a striking start on TripAdvisor: 5/5 from 81 reviews, ranked #3 of 36 B&Bs/inns in Victoria Falls, with reviewers consistently praising staff service, the pool and garden areas, breakfast quality and the on-site spa.

The lodge offers 60 en-suite rooms with waterfall-themed decor, king-size or twin beds with garden views, and floor-to-ceiling mosquito nets framing the bed. En-suite bathrooms include a double vanity, shower and an optional bathtub, and interleading rooms are available for families or groups, with bed configurations arranged on request. In-room amenities run to air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary wifi, multi-plug adapters, USB wall ports, a mini bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities and a digital safe, with nightly turndown service and a Full English Breakfast included.

Unlike its sister properties, Waterfalls Lodge doesn't run activities directly — its value proposition is location, comfort and access rather than a bush or river safari experience. Guests are within walking distance of the Falls Rainforest entrance, shops and restaurants, and reviewers note a complimentary shuttle service to town and the Falls for those who'd rather not walk. Off-site dining is available at Wild Horizons' Lookout Café over the Batoka Gorge. On site: two large pools, landscaped gardens, a spa, and an on-site restaurant. Notably, it's also the most family-permissive of the four Wild Horizons lodges: all ages are welcome, with under-3s staying free sharing with adults and ages 3–16 at half the adult sharing rate — a meaningfully lower bar than the 7-and-over policy at the group's bush and river properties.
