Insika Lodge is a new boutique property on Parkway Drive, about 3km from Victoria Falls town, that opened in January 2023. The name is isiNdebele for "Pillar of Strength", referencing the spray column of Victoria Falls that's visible from as far as 50km away — a nice piece of positioning language worth reusing in client-facing copy. Its value to the DMC is as a modern, well-reviewed mid-to-upper-tier option a short transfer from town: TripAdvisor rates it 4/5 from 386 reviews, ranking #9 of 26 hotels in Victoria Falls, with reviewers consistently praising the spacious, clean, modern rooms, food and service quality, and the beauty of the grounds. Positioned around "African Elegance."

The lodge has 40 rooms across two categories. 26 Luxury Rooms (roughly 312 sqft) offer a King or Twin bed configuration, with interleading rooms available on request, plus a mini-fridge, work desk, seating area, private veranda and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. 14 Signature/Junior Suites (roughly 517 sqft) step up in space and are positioned toward couples and honeymooners, with a King bed, a larger bathroom, a double walk-in shower and a couple-sized bathtub. All rooms include air-conditioning and a ceiling fan inside a mosquito net. One recurring note in guest reviews: the walls are on the thinner side, so noise can carry between neighbouring rooms — a minor point but worth setting expectations on for noise-sensitive clients.

On site, the lodge centres around a main lodge area with expansive decks, a firepit and bar deli overlooking woodland, a restaurant using locally-grown and organic ingredients, a spa and sauna offering massage, body-wrap, facial and manicure/pedicure treatments from local therapists, and an 18-metre infinity pool overlooking the bush. Complimentary WiFi, room service and a shuttle bus service are all available, with regular complimentary transfers running to Victoria Falls town centre and the Falls entrance.
