Reverie Kalahari Pod
Reverie Kalahari Pod is an exclusive desert sanctuary for two, hidden among the red Kalahari dunes about 30 kilometres northeast of Mariental in the Gondwana Kalahari Park. Inspired by the traditions of the Khoi San people, it is designed around privacy, seclusion and an intimate connection with the landscape, and forms part of Gondwana Collection Namibia's Secret Collection.
The retreat of about 190m² has a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, open-plan lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bar and a private plunge pool overlooking a waterhole, where giraffe and oryx are often seen. Unlimited WiFi, a telescope and binoculars complete the setting.
The stay is all-inclusive, with meals and activities curated to guest preferences and a dedicated host and guide arranging guided walks, nature drives and sundowners on the dunes. Guests park securely at Kalahari Anib Lodge and are transferred by private 4x4 into the dunes. Maximum occupancy is two, and children aged 0-12 are not accommodated.
