Omarunga Epupa-Falls Camp is a thatched lodge with canvas-walled chalets at Epupa Falls, reached off the C43 and about 180 km north of Opuwo. It sits roughly 200 m upstream of the falls in a makalani palm forest beside the perennial Kunene River, and is part of the Gondwana Collection Namibia offering — a cosy, remote riverside retreat.

There are 14 units: 12 twin rooms, 1 double room and 1 family room. All are en suite with mosquito nets, river views and tea and coffee facilities. Standard rooms take 2 guests and the family room up to 5.

The camp has a cold-water pool, restaurant and bar, curio shop, secure parking, wifi and mobile connectivity, and runs on solar power; an airstrip lies 800 m away. Activities are guided Himba village visits, a sunset walk with refreshments, Kunene River walking trails, seasonal rafting and fly-in day excursions.

DMC view: Suits adventurous travellers and cultural-interest clients on a Kunene circuit, and fly-in guests. The location is remote, a long way from any main town, and rafting is seasonal — not suited to guests wanting easy access or a short transfer.
