Singita Sweni Lodge

Singita Sweni Lodge sits tucked into riverine forest on the same 33,000-acre private Singita concession in south-eastern Kruger National Park as its sister property, Singita Lebombo, close to the South Africa–Mozambique border. Cocooned by leaves and overlooking the river, Sweni is designed as the more intimate of Singita's two Kruger lodges, with the sound of running water, birds and hippos a constant backdrop.

Accommodation comprises 7 suites hidden among a tree canopy, each with open-plan interiors, a generously stocked minibar, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower overlooking the river. The lodge's proximity to the water draws frequent sightings of animals and birds coming to drink or wallow, on top of guests' private access to the full 33,000-acre concession for game drives. Shared regional experiences with Lebombo include guided safari walks, a wine experience, swimming, fitness and wellness facilities, yoga, stargazing, birdwatching, a boutique and gallery, and the Singita Community Culinary School.
