Splash Camp sits in the Kwara concession, built on the site of a former trophy-hunting camp — the concession was converted to photographic tourism by Kwando Safaris in the late 1990s as Botswana shifted policy direction. The camp is built around a busy natural waterhole, with the main areas and guest suites all oriented to face the water for a constant vantage on elephant, red lechwe and passing predators.

Ten contemporary suites plus 2 family rooms offer a more modern architectural style than Kwando's traditional canvas-tent camps, each elevated and well-spaced with a private viewing deck and international multiplug charging. An attached exclusive-use mini-camp, the Splash Enclave, sleeps 6-10 guests with its own lounge, bar, dining area, firepit and plunge pool.

Splash is positioned as a predator hotspot — healthy lion prides, cheetah, wild dog packs (guest reviews mention 20+ dogs) and large elephant herds — and its location amid permanent Delta water allows both dry-land activities (game drives, walking) and water-based ones (mokoro, boating, fishing), making it one of the more activity-diverse camps in the portfolio and explicitly positioned as family-friendly.

Rooms: 10 Contemporary Suites + 2 Family Rooms; Splash Enclave (exclusive-use, 6-10 guests). Facilities: swimming pool, curio shop, open dining/lounge/bar, small library, sand firepit, Enclave private plunge pool/bar. 100% solar with generator backup. Built on former hunting concession site; family-friendly positioning with separate exclusive-use enclave.
